G’day Brent, Trust you are well, we’re finally completed our backyard project which included you doing new floors to both our outdoor pergola and garage areas back in June.

Sue and I just wanted to drop you an email and say thanks for a terrific job and your great service.

I’d been wanting to do something with the two areas for sometime but couldn’t decide what to do. We’d seen the floor product in Queensland and liked it but had trouble finding it locally, until we seen your ad on TV which prompted us to call you for a quote.

Hi Brent, I am writing to you today to sincerely thank you for your exceptional work and professionalism.  

As you know, Ivan and I had been reluctant to update our tired old family room due to its occasional water leakage problems with a box gutter overflow in bad weather. 

This meant that many normal flooring surfaces were simply out of the question. Our old slab had been laid by two very unprofessional concreters; Ivan being one.( Musicians are notoriously bad tradesmen!!! ).

We were told that laying vinyl or floating floors would need lots of levelling agent etc. and would of course still be prone to water damage. We had simply given up on any ideas of improving the room, which frankly, looked more like an indoor garage and storage room.

By the way, did you know that when children leave home they only take what is relevant to their immediate needs, and the rest they ask the parents to “store till later”? What a revelation it was for me to see an advertisement on television one morning whilst drinking my coffee. Nu Look Floors looked to be a possible solution to our ongoing angst!

One simple phone call was all that was required to give us confirmation that your epoxy floors was an ideal flooring choice for our trouble prone family room. Within 36 hrs you were at our door, ironically on a very wet and cold morning, looking at our disaster area and reassuring us that both you and your product were up to our sizeable challenge! From that very first meeting you put our mind completely at ease.

Your friendly demeanor was a plus, as we tend to have a rather jovial and open personalities….ah, crazy musicians! Although we took other quotes for similar work into consideration, we were sold on both your price and you as well. Brent, our room is now a show piece and an easy to maintain floor that we know we have always needed.

Our friends and family are literally blown away!  We look forward to your return when you will resurface our 2 rear bedrooms with the same colour to complete our “nu look” home.
